Swimming

cardioBodyweightTime + distance

Swimming is a bodyweight cardio movement. It primarily trains the Cardiovascular System, with the Lats, Shoulders and Legs assisting. In Rebar it is logged as duration and distance rather than weight × reps. Distance is recorded in metres, the way the console reads it. It is also called swim, laps, swimming laps.
