Sled Pull

cardioMachineWeight + distance

Sled Pull is a machine cardio movement. It primarily trains the Hamstrings, with the Glutes, Back and Cardiovascular System assisting. In Rebar it is logged as load and distance rather than weight × reps. Distance is recorded in yards or metres depending on your unit preference. It is also called sled drag, backward sled drag, reverse sled pull.
